CORNWALL PRIDE 2025 SEES THE DUCHY AWASH WITH RAINBOW FLAGS BETWEEN SATURDAY 5 APRIL AND SATURDAY 25 OCTOBER 2025. SUPPORT HUGE PARADES IN CORNISH TOWNS OVER THE SUMMER AS WELL AS OTHER FAB EVENTS…
Over the past 17 years, Cornwall Pride has flourished in all the colours of the rainbow, with the past few Cornwall Prides scaling new heights. The 2022 edition marked the 50th anniversary of Pride in the UK with 11 community events across the Duchy rather than just the traditional single event in Newquay. The 2023 and 2024 editions continued this tradition, with tens of thousands hitting the streets to celebrate diversity, equality, and community.
Holding Cornwall Pride events in towns across the county was a move designed to ensure that more communities could take part, offering greater support to the LGBTQ+ community and all marginalised people in Cornish society. It worked, and now we’re gearing up for Cornwall Pride 2025, which promises to be bigger, better, and more colourful than ever before.
Between Saturday 5 April and Saturday 25 October 2025, twelve Cornwall Pride events will take place on selected Saturdays, with most falling in the spring and summer months. There will be Launceston Pride, Falmouth Pride, Camborne Pride, Bodmin Pride, Penzance Pride, Liskeard Pride, Redruth Pride, Truro Pride, Newquay Pride, Bude Pride, St Austell Pride, Saltash Pride, and St Ives Pride. The Isles of Scilly will also be hosting a Pride event in 2025.
Pride parades in Cornwall 2025
Cornwall Pride 2025 is set to be a colourful, inclusive, and empowering experience, reminding everyone to celebrate diversity and stand together in solidarity. The parades themselves will each add a splash of vibrancy to their respective towns and expect themes that champion LGBTQ+ history, culture, and activism.
Cornwall Pride remains free to attend, proudly family-friendly, and packed with market, food, and charity vendors. Alongside the parades, expect a mix of entertainment, performances, and community-led activities celebrating Cornwall’s LGBTQ+ community.
