THE LOOE WEEKENDER 2025 FESTIVAL TAKES PLACE IN THE SEASIDE TOWN ON FRIDAY 19, SATURDAY 20 AND SUNDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2025. EXPECT THE PUBS AND OTHER VENUES TO BE RAMMED AS GREAT LOCAL BANDS PLAY TO THE CROWDS!

Ah, quiet Looe. Lovely tranquil, serene, quiet Looe. Nothing loud could ever happen here… yeah, right! The pretty Cornish south coast fishing town will be anything but quiet when the three-day 2025 Looe Weekender festival takes place between Friday 19 and Sunday 21 September 2025.

The Looe Weekender 2025 will feature over 80 live performances across more than 10 venues and pop-up stages throughout East Looe, West Looe, and Hannafore. Participating venues include local pubs, clubs, and bars such as The Ship, The Fishermans Arms, Looe Social Club, The Bullers, JJ’s Sports Bar, The GG Garden Bar, The Old Boathouse, The Admiral Boscarn, and Ye Old Grog & Ale House. Additionally, the West Looe Quay Stage and Hannafore Beach Kiosk will host performances, ensuring that music fills every corner of the town throughout the weekend. Whether you’re exploring the bustling streets or relaxing by the harbour, the Looe Weekender offers a diverse and immersive musical experience in a picturesque seaside setting.

The atmosphere should be buzzing and the best thing about it all? It’s free! That’s right, every gig on every night is totally free to enjoy!

The festival debuted in 2023, following on the heels of the annual Looe Live! fest which had played over past years as the big music extravaganza of the year in town but that’s all old news now as the Looe Weekender has already become the big deal for the future.

Pubs like the Jolly Sailor will feature a raft of live music acts over the three days and nights in September 2025 and there will be all sorts of fun happening in Looe throughout the weekend. Plus, the centrepiece is a big outdoor stage in the western side of the town.

The 2025 Looe Weekender festival is organised by Looe‘s pubs, bars and clubs. In fact, in 2024 there were more than 10 venues and pop-up stages across the town. Most of those venues hosted at least three musical sessions every day. There were even a few one-off performances at local coffee shops and restaurants. Rock bands, pop outfits, blues guitarists, harmonious duos, solo acts and everything in between played at the jam-packed fest.

The fest takes place on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, however do look out for gigs on Thursday 18 September 2025 too as there should be a little bit of live music on that evening as well.
