SANTA AT CHARLESTOWN 2023 TAKES PLACE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE ANNUAL ‘TUNNEL OF LIGHTS’ EXPERIENCE AT THE SHIPWRECK TREASURE MUSEUM IN CORNWALL. MEET THE JOLLY RED MAN IN CHARLESTOWN THIS CHRISTMAS…

If you want to see a mind-blowing festive experience at Christmas 2023 in Cornwall then you must visit the Shipwreck Treasure Museum in Charlestown for the beautiful ‘Tunnel of Lights’ event. Read all about that: here.

But even before you get there, you can also meet Santa Claus at the entrance to the attraction. As long as you pre-book, of course. Yes, Santa at the Shipwreck Treasure Museum in Charlestown 2023 is an experience you want to take your kids to… and yourself, of course.

Taking place between Friday 15 and Sunday 24 December 2023, this experience sees Father Christmas and his elves at the attraction meeting kids and families before he gives youngsters a ‘special festive keepsake to take home’.

If you’re planning to head into the ‘Tunnel of Lights’ at the Shipwreck Treasure Museum, then the venue ‘highly recommends’ booking your Santa visit before booking your entry time to the ‘Tunnel of Lights’ simply to avoid having to ‘rush through’ the big festive experience.

This is a separate ticketed event to the ‘Tunnel of Lights’ and parents or guardians must be on time for both the Santa experience and the ‘Tunnel of Lights’. Meeting Father Christmas takes about 10 minutes in total, according to the team at the attraction. Up to eight people, however, can see Santa at one time.

We recommend booking both experiences up, though, if you have children. You can watch them enjoying their time with the jolly red man before you enjoy the interactive experiences that await at the extraordinary ‘Tunnel of Lights’. Merry Christmas!
