Wednesday 14 February 2024, 11.30am-late: ‘Romantic Valentine’s’ menu at UpperDeck in Falmouth. The bar and restaurant at Falmouth Yacht Marina is cooking up a special menu for the occasion. Best to book ahead. Contact the venue via their website: here.
Wednesday 14 February 2024, 6.30pm: ‘Valentine’s Special Murder Mystery’ on a train that leaves from Bodmin Railway in Bodmin. Couples, families and friends are invited to solve the clues and crack the case on Valentine’s Night. It’s £45 per couple and a pasty and hot beverage is included. Book ahead, of course. Wednesday 14, Friday 16 and Saturday 17 February 2024, 7pm-10.30pm: ‘Valentine’s Dinner’ at the Eden Project near St Austell. That’s right, take your sweetheart to the Rainforest Biome to enjoy a three-course meal, some bubbly and a string quartet. A unique setting for a unique romantic event. Saturday 17 February 2024, 7pm: ‘Valentine’s Crab Smash’ at Knightor Winery in St Austell. A few days after the traditional Valentine’s Day, this winery is celebrating love by giving guests a cracking glass of wine on arrival alongside hammers, picks and bibs and then watching the happy couples tuck into an ‘ultimate crab feast’ together.
