WILL PAGE PLAYS TRADITIONAL FOLK SONGS AT THE COLLEGIATE CHURCH OF ST ENDELLION IN CORNWALL ON SATURDAY 11 FEBRUARY 2023. PREPARE FOR HEARTFELT VOCALS ACCOMPANIED BY FIDDLE, HARMONICA AND GUITAR MUSIC…

If you’re a folk music aficionado then it’s likely you’ll have heard of Will Page. But have you actually heard Will Page? Up, close and personally, we mean? Well, here’s your chance as the singer, songwriter and musician plays St Endellion Church near Port Isaac on Saturday 11 February 2023 from 7.30pm.

Page is pretty well-known as the fiddle player who fronts up Noble Jacks, an Americana band from Brighton. He’s a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Sussex with a penchant for playing traditional folk music and for drawing the audience into his intimate gigs, just like he’s expected to do in St Endellion.

Noble Jacks have played sell-out shows across the UK and beyond, including at the Isle of Wight Festival and at Glastonbury. Page is a key part of the band, of course, but he’s been honing his solo chops as of late, writing, recording and playing across the country. His gig in Cornwall is particularly special as his warm vocals and encapsulating music should ring out beautifully due to the intimate nature and perfect acoustics inside St Endellion Church.

The St Endellion Easter Festival’s 50th edition is coming soon, making it a pretty special year for the church. Keep an eye open for details on the festival here at Proper Cornwall. But for now, look forward to Will Page. Book your tickets and prepare for a new chapter at the church as you turn over a new leaf for 2023. Any more page and book puns? Nah, let’s leave it there…
