There may be historical, natural and beauty attractions galore across Cornwall but sometimes the little nippers just want to play. And that’s the name of the game at Kidzworld Cornwall in St Austell, which is also on the doorstep of Charlestown. Play, play and then play again at this energetic attraction.
Billed as ‘one of the county’s most popular fun-filled family-friendly attractions’, Kidzworld is both an indoor and outdoor play attraction. Of course, there’s soft play which is a big draw for the little monsters but there’s also rollerskating, trampolining, an interactive games zone, a range of slides, a cannon area, outdoor climbing frames, all manner of playhouses and mini-golf. There are even dodgems on the site. And food, of course. Plus, the activities have been designed for toddlers right through to young teenagers, with even adults encouraged to join in the fun on occasion.
There’s not really much else we can say about Kidzworld. It’s a paradise of play in St Austell only a hop, skip and jump away from attractions like Cornwall Football Golf and Pinetum Gardens and the Shipwreck Treasure Museum in Charlestown. If the rugrats are getting restless, you know where you need to go.
